Lavanya (Lav) DJ was born, raised and educated in India. She moved to New York 18 years ago to begin a career in the PR industry. Through her numerous collaborations with clients, Lav has developed a unique perspective on the role race and gender roles play in the C-suites and boardrooms of America.

Steven Raucher co-founded RapidDeploy in his native South Africa after first responders failed to reach his brother in time to save his life. This led to a discovery that the basic geo-location technology that powers much of our smartphone-centered lives eludes our nation’s emergence response systems. Steve shares his passion for giving first responders the tools they need to save lives.
